Entry Fee: $525.00 (13U-18U) $425 (12U)

 

Winners in up to 4 divisions per age will receive a free or partial entry into the 52nd AAU National Volleyball Championships or The Volleyball Festival

To receive the free/partial entry,  winners have to be registered for and compete in the event of their choice in a division equal or lower then one competing in at the MJVBA Championships AAU Grand Prix

All ticket sales will be pre-sale online through Sport Wrench.

Important Notes before beginning process
  • Do your teams meet the state tournament qualifications as outlined on the tournament information page .
  • For The Championships register on Advanced Event Systems
  • You will be asked to enter a CLUB CODE this will be your 5 alpha MJVBA ID. The one you have been using all year.  Not your National AAU  Club code
  • If you do not remember you MI JR VB Club ID. It can be found on the eligible club page.
  • When asked to pick a region from the drop down menu select  Michigan
  • When asked for USAV # select pending as no USAV registration is needed for this event.
  • All participants must have a current AAU membership.
  • Rosters may be updated on line until 5/27 – this is for the recruitment packet only.
  • Club Directors will check their teams in on-line on AES
  • US Mail Payments: must be a money order, cashiers check or club check.  No personal checks accepted
  • Staff will send out broadcast emails to keep clubs updated on tournament information
Club Directors Follow These Steps
1: Register your teams
  1. Go to Advanced Event Systems to register your team.
  2. After registering on on AES  see #2 for your payment options
    • Make sure you COMPLETE the REGISTRATION process before paying. **For additional help on AES click the Need Help button, upper right corner when logged into AES or email technical support.
2: Pay for Your Team’s Registration
  • Click here to Pay online
  • To pay by US Mail – Print a copy of your entry form off of AES and  mail with a check to the address listed on the bottom on the entry form.
3: Plan your Trip

All ticket sales will be pre-sale online through Sport Wrench. Tickets will be available Tuesday the week of the event.

  • 1 day only
    • $15/adult. $12/Students 1st-12th Grade
  • 2 day (weekend)
    • $25/adult. $20/Students 1st-12th Grade
  • Ages 5 & under are not required to purchase a ticket.
 
  • MJVBA Championships AAU Grand Prix has partnered with Team Travel Source to provide attendees/groups with the lowest available hotel rates and a smooth booking experience.
  • Hotels will book up quickly so please book well in advance.
